Baàka – Gladioli (Gladiolus Psinacinus bulb)

Gladioli grow from rounded, symmetrical corms, (similar to crocuses) that are enveloped in several layers of brownish, fibrous tunics. Their stems are generally unbranched, producing 1 to 9 narrow, sword-shaped, longitudinal grooved leaves, enclosed in a sheath. It is the corm that is needed in treating Abdominal Pain and stomach ache

Baàka – Gladiolus Corm

Ako igún – Aristolochia

Aristolochia ringens is a species of perennial plant found in Africa, brazil south Africa and Venezuela

Preparation :

Grind number one and two to powder

Dosage :

Take two tablespoonfuls (30ml) in hot water of a glass cup (240ml) two times daily for five days.
