Naturally grape fruit contain quinine and quinine is a principal factor in the treatment of malaria.
This quinine is also beneficial in feverish colds. It can be extracted from fruits by boiling a quarter of grape fruit and straining the pulp. Take this three times daily. Take grape fruit an hour before eating ,then wait until digestion has taken place to drink more ; that’s about two and half hours after a protein meal
